A construction media company

The industry's stories, told by the people who build.

If you sell into construction, this is the room your buyers are already in. Gantrics runs the shows construction people actually listen to: a podcast, a newsletter, a monthly news roundtable, and a video series that explains what construction tech does without the marketing.

The audience

Your buyers skip ads. They don't skip conversations they trust.

Most construction tech marketing is written for investors, not buyers. The people you are trying to reach have a finely tuned filter for it. They scroll past the "AI-powered platform built for modern teams" and keep listening to the super who tells a story about the week a rollout went sideways.

01

General contractors

Precon, operations, VDC, innovation

The people who run pilots, sign the renewals, and decide whether a tool makes it past the second job.

02

Owners and owner's reps

Capital programs, facilities, PM firms

The side of the table that writes the spec, sets the data requirements, and increasingly asks what happens to the model after turnover.

03

The design side

Architecture and engineering leadership

The firms whose coordination habits decide how much rework a GC inherits, and who are watching AI land in their workflows first.

04

Specialty trades

Mechanical, electrical, structural, prefab

Where most of the labor and most of the margin actually lives. Also where technology gets adopted fastest when it works and abandoned fastest when it doesn't.

The lineup

Two properties. One audience.

A podcast and a newsletter, each with its own segments, all built for the same person: the PM, super, VP, or founder who has sat through enough demos to know when someone has never stood in a trailer. We make things that person would choose to watch or read on their own time.

Reviewed as Noted

A panel of special guests works through the month's news the way it gets talked about in the field office: who this actually affects, what it costs, and what everyone is going to pretend they saw coming.

Tech to Watch

What does this platform actually do? Short videos that answer that question for one construction tech product at a time. No fluff, no marketing deck, just what it does, who it's for, and what it doesn't do.

We are building more. The goal is a network of shows under one banner, each telling a different part of the industry's story in a way people want to consume. If you have a show idea and the field credibility to carry it, we want to hear it.

Why Gantrics
Stephen Poppe, founder of Gantrics
Stephen Poppe · Founder

Built by someone who has been the buyer.

I'm Stephen Poppe. I've been a project manager at a top-10 GC. I've run R&D at a national contractor. I've led sales teams selling into the biggest general contractors in the country, and I've built customer success functions for construction technology startups from scratch. I've deployed technology on jobsites and watched it fail. I've watched it succeed, too. Less often than vendors would like to admit.

Gantrics started as a consultancy that told contech companies the truth about their messaging. The shows started as a way to stay close to the industry. Somewhere along the way the shows became the point.

Every week we sit down with the builders, operators, and decision-makers contech companies are trying to reach. That is a living connection to how the industry actually thinks, talks, and decides. Sponsors get access to it. The audience gets stories worth their time. That is the whole business.

Still want the consulting? Some of it is still here, for the right fit. Read about advisory work.
